Ana Paula Alves Vieira obtained her BA in Psychology at the Federal University of Uberlângia (Brazil), in which she studied for one year at the University of Algarve (Portugal) on an international exchange program. She holds a master’s and doctoral degree in Psychology from the State University of Maringá (Brazil), in which she was awarded scholarships such as the Scholarship of Excellence for International Students by the Government of Mexico for international mobility in the Master’s program in Neuropsychological Diagnosis and Rehabilitation (Benemérita Autonomous University of Puebla, Mexico) and the International Mobility Scholarship by the Brazilian Higher Education Personnel Improvement Coordination for an internship at the Reading Research Lab (University of Alberta). She is currently a Doctoral student in Educational Psychology and works as a research assistant at the University of Alberta.
